Robert Carolina, Director and Principal of Origin Ltd, gave a plenary talk at the 18th Annual Seminar on Signficant Developments In Computer and Cyberspace Law on June 6th 2008. The event was held at the University of Dayton School of Law, Dayton, OH, USA. The talk was entitled "The Top 10 Lessons for Americans Who Engage in International Data Transfer".

November 2007

Peter Langley, CEO and Principal of Origin Ltd, was invited to give a talk at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting on Thursday 18th October 2007. The event was held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, Washington, DC, USA. The talk was entitled "The new breed of Patent infringement Plaintiffs: are they a good thing? An economic perspective." The paper, subsequently published by Oxera, is posted on the "briefing papers" page of this website.
