Robert Carolina is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court England & Wales, and admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court and in the State of Illinois.
In additional to an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, he holds degrees from Georgetown University (Juris Doctor) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M in International Business Law). Following a period in-house with an Internet software development company, he moved to London in 1992 and subsequently worked for two of the world’s largest law firms.
Robert has represented numerous customer and supplier companies in technology procurement and outsourcing contract negotiations. He also advises on legal aspects of complex e-commerce systems.
Recognised as a leading UK expert on IT law and e-commerce law, he regularly presents courses and workshops on legal aspects of technology procurement and e-commerce.
