We’re quite unusual as a law firm:
- We like to work with our clients unconditionally, being a trusted part of their team.
- So we set no billable hour targets and we rarely use timesheets (only if it’s absolutely necessary to recover litigation costs).
- We think that if you’re giving intrinsically valuable advice to clients working on interesting and significant projects, then the money-side will pretty much take care of itself. We’ve been quite lucky so far.
Origin is employee owned. Hence as employees, each of us has a stake in Origin and can share in its success.
